Haiii!!! Its me vjhhockeygal. I really don't know what I'm gonna talk about but i think I'm gonna jump off topic again today. Today I'm gonna talk about festival that is coming up tomorrow.

Well if you know me I am a member of ****** dance club. Tomorrow I am going to dance at the *** theater. In a way its pretty fun but in the same way your nervous. Every Wednesday night my teacher comes from ******* to come and teach us. This year we are working on harder stuff and our dance class is longer.

I truly enjoy dancing but some nights its like, "mom i don't wanna go." but then I wind up going anyway.

Today well tonight Im gonna jump off topic.I am going to talk about my life.

My parents were told I was never going to be able to walk, talk, hear, and that I would be handicapped that’s how sick I was when I was born. Well let me back up and fill you in. I was born on November 22nd 1997, at 8:30 in the morning, Winnipeg Manitoba in the health science center, and 3 ½ months early. When I came out I didn’t cry. Well I did for about maybe a second or two. I was rushed to N.I.C.U. where I got tubes down my throat so I could breathe. I was then in intensive care for 3 ½ months. While I was in there I was hooked up to a breathing machine that breathed for me, one that helped me breath but I was breathing on my own, an incubator , and finally a crib. When my parents were told I was never going to be able to walk, talk, hear, and that I would be handicapped I can just picture what was going through there minds. Would I make it? Would I pass? My lungs where majorly premature. To this day I can walk, talk, hear, and I am not handicapped. When I was about 11 or a bit younger my lungs were finally normal .

“Is she going to make it?” Evan questioned as he was shaking.
“She’ll be fine. There’s nothing to worry about. Dude how come you all of a sudden care about her so much?” Evan’s friend Mike asked.
“Well….”
“Come on dude. Speak. Tell me.” Mike said.
“ I think I’m in love with her.”

“Dude come on. You don’t need a girl.” Mike said as he was sure that Lila would take over Evan.
“You mean you don’t need a girl. Ever since I came and kept visiting her I just keep falling more and more in love with her. I can’t help it.

Chapter 7

I hear somebody yelling clear. Once again everything went black. Clear. Clear. That’s all I keep hearing.
No more darkness. I’m alive. Should I even be here?
X X X

“What happened?” I ask hopelessly confused.
“You flat lined. They are soon going to prep you for surgery. They have to…..” Evan said scared to tell me.
“ Have to what?” I asked.
“Amputate. You blood clotted in your leg so that’s why you flat lined. If they don’t amputate soon…… you will be dead.”
I just gave him a look like I can’t believe what he just said as I was wheeled out of the room.
